Okay, I prepared it in English. Close your eyes, please. Thank you. Imagine a library, a library which can change the world. A library which gives you a superpower to change every problem in the world. Okay, open your eyes. No, I'm not founding a superpower library. I'm doing something else. That was an analogy for innovation, for visibility for innovation. I'm an innovation expert and future expert and I as an innovation expert in my bubble I see all these initiatives like this hackathon like an innovation conference in Belgium or somewhere else I know the startups I know these inspiring people creativity, how to solve problems and so on. But I think the majority of us doesn't know that. So one thing that can help us is to make this innovation wisdom or let's say future skills visible. And that's my mission. I want to make innovation visible. And how I want to make it, I want to make it with curation because the opportunity is here. All the wisdom in the world is there. The wisdom, the knowledge is in this library, let's say so. And we can create it. Can we? I did an experiment last year. I created this Instagram channel, our profile, Innovation Supporter, where I curate innovations from all over the world. What I think is important for, or are important for a desirable future. A bit of 70 innovations and 8,000 followers. Just inspired. I make it visible. But that was not enough for me. And that was my challenge for this hackathon. Because these are just viewer. I don't use them, or there is no value for them, or for me, or for the whole community. So what if this community here can become an actor? I thought about the idea, Innovation Reporter, where I go to such events like a hackathon in Linz. Or do you hear about the Youth Entrepreneurship Week? One, two, three, four. No? Okay. Visible. I want to make it visible. Entrepreneurship Week, I teach young people in schools how to innovate. Do you hear about the biggest innovation festival in Austria, Vienna Up? Okay, I will make it visible. I will be there. Did you hear about the Expo, the biggest innovation conference in Europe next year in Belgrade? Okay, I will be also there, but not alone. I will have a community until then with innovation reporters because I, thank you, because I want also to teach others to be inspired about future about innovations which exists I want to report other support startups experts initiative makers and get them the visibility and also to transfer this visibility into future skills which can be applied at workshops and other things I will back this how to scale this idea let's say so yeah of course I will have a community and how to leverage this community it can became an idea pool it can create new ideas for companies for example it can be a talent pool equipped with future skills to be prepared for the future and also for other people like companies, innovation ecosystems and yeah, the library is still closed but I'm ready to open the doors.
