The project is part of the cultural program of the 2017 Maltese Presidency of the Council of the European Union with the support of Arts Council Malta, and the Valletta 2018 Foundation. FUTURING EXERCISE #2 - Special Programmes Programme facilitated by The Extrapolation Factory A multi-day speculative visioning event inviting the Maltese population to develop ideas for speculative programmes the EU could launch in the future.
